1. Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with our commitment to personal data protection and compliance with Meta platform policies, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold in our systems. Megadata Inovasi Solusindo will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in Indonesia.

2. Data We Store

When you use our services or log in through Facebook, we store the following data:

  • Facebook User ID.
  • Name and profile picture.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number (if provided).
  • Communication and correspondence history.
  • Service usage data and account preferences.

3. Removing the App from Facebook

You can remove our app connection from your Facebook account by following these steps:

  1. Open your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites from the menu on the left.
  3. Find and select the Megadata Inovasi Solusindo (or Misindo) app from the list of connected apps.
  4. Click Remove to disconnect the app from your Facebook account.
  5. Confirm the removal in the dialog that appears.

Removing the app from Facebook will stop our access to your Facebook data going forward.

4. Requesting Data Deletion from Our Systems

In addition to removing the app from Facebook, you can also request that we delete all data we have stored. Submit your request through:

In your request, please include the following information:

  • Full name as registered in our records.
  • Email address associated with your account.
  • Your Facebook User ID (if connected through Facebook).
  • A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted.

5. Deletion Process

After we receive your request, the following process will be carried out:

  1. Identity verification — We will verify your identity to ensure the security of the request (1–3 business days).
  2. Request review — Our team will review the data requested for deletion (3–5 business days).
  3. Deletion execution — Data will be permanently deleted from our active systems (5–7 business days).
  4. Confirmation — You will receive a deletion confirmation via email including a confirmation code.

Total estimated processing time: up to 30 business days from receipt of the request. Data in backup systems will be deleted according to our regular retention cycle.

6. Exceptions

In certain situations, we may not be able to delete all of your data, including:

  • Data required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Data required for dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements.
  • Data that has been anonymized and can no longer be linked to your identity.

If any data cannot be deleted, we will inform you of the reason.

7. Impact of Deletion

Please note that data deletion may result in:

  • Our inability to provide certain services to you.
  • Loss of transaction and communication history.
  • Disconnection of your Facebook account from our services.
  • The need to re-register if you wish to use our services in the future.
